The room was huge with a great rain shower and very comfortable bed. The hotel also offered a spa where we could shower and change when we arrived early. The hotel had a pool, shoe shining service, and a smoking room for cigar lovers. The staff was very polite and discreet. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was attentive to our needs. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the good quality toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers provided.

Attentive and friendly staff, beautiful and elegant lobby, comfortable rooms with updated amenities. The location is excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance to museums, shops, and the Christmas market. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

During my recent stay at Hotel Atlantic Hamburg, Autograph Collection, I was impressed by the beautiful atmosphere that surrounded me. The stylish entrance immediately caught my eye and set the tone for a luxurious and elegant experience. The bar service and entertainment were great, providing a great experience. The great service from the staff was also worth noting, as they were friendly and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and clean, with a special mention to the bathrooms which were super clean. The food at the hotel was superb, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The large and clean rooms were great. The breakfast selection was superb, with a fantastic variety of fish, meats, pastries, and breads. The bathroom was also fantastic. The location was excellent, just a block away from the central train station and convenient to walk to museums, the Rathaus, Christmas market, and shops. The staff was wonderful, with helpful and friendly desk staff, concierge, and doorman. The hotel had everything I needed on-site, from earlybird breakfast in the foyer to bar meals and coffees. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and of excellent quality, with comfortable temperatures and fresh towels available. The cocktail bar had a friendly and helpful atmosphere, and I appreciated the selection of local and international papers at breakfast. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with great showers and fresh linen every day.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across the Alster lake and close to the city center. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the Aussenalster from the lobby bar. a truly memorable experience.

The gym facilities were quite small and limited.

My recent stay at the Atlantic Hotel was absolutely delightful. The hotel exudes a comforting atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant offers fine dining that is on par with what I would expect from a 5-star hotel, and the availability of tables reflects its popularity. In-room dining is also excellent, with a variety of courses and an impressive wine list. The spacious and warm rooms, like the Deluxe Room and Junior Suite with lake views, were a pleasure to stay in. The bathrooms were well-designed and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the lake and the city from the large windows of my room.

We had a luxurious and unforgettable stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities provided us with an unforgettable experience. the staff were professional and helpful, and the spa and wellness centre was a perfect place to relax. Indoor and heated swimming pool, sauna, and full body massages were just some of the pleasures we enjoyed. the spa lounge and the beauty treatments were of the highest quality. the mouth-watering restaurant with in-room breakfast provided us with a magnificent start to our days. The exceptional location of the hotel meant that we could easily explore the city centre. Cons: Our only minor issue was that the outdoor swimming pool was not available during our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the S-bahn and underground stations, making it convenient to explore the city. it was in the city center, allowing easy access to all the main attractions. the hotel was within walking distance to the Christmas markets in front of the City Hall, offering a festive experience.

That the service at the hotel reception could be improved, as some customers felt that they were not given the same level of attention and service as others.

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness center and indoor swimming pool, were outstanding. the room was spacious and well, appointed, with a beautiful view of the city. the restaurant had a fantastic menu with a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. We particularly enjoyed the in, room breakfast which was delivered promptly.

this was quickly addressed by the attentive staff who offered to move us to a different room with a working Jacuzzi.

Excellent lakefront location. Friendly English-speaking staff. Newly renovated rooms. Enjoyable lunch in the outdoor atrium. Comfortable beds and a small indoor pool. Kind staff and a delicious cheeseburger in the lobby restaurant. Spacious rooms and reliable basic internet package.
